We believe we have a responsibility to shape and promote a better world. Endeavor is committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work by being a responsible corporate citizen and supporting a culture of community service among our employees. We provide opportunities throughout the year to help employees stay informed, activate, advocate, and make a positive impact on various causes. Read our Do Something Great guide to learn more about how you can get involved.

Do Something Great Hub

The Do Something Great Hub is an impact platform that connects employees with volunteer and donation opportunities in their local communities. Through the platform, you can search and sign up for volunteer opportunities aligned with your interests, skills and passions, as well as donate to support nonprofit partners, causes, and disaster relief efforts. Click here to log into your account and check out our user guide for more details on how to use the platform.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

Endeavor encourages your involvement in community causes that matter to you. Each calendar year, all employees can volunteer with a nonprofit organization for up to three days on paid leave (eight hours per day, 24 hours per calendar year) using our volunteer time off (VTO) policy. Volunteering at the direction or control of Endeavor will not count against the three days of your allotted volunteer time. For more information on our VTO policy, please reference this Workday article.
