  2. Speak to a licensed mental health provider for ongoing treatment by phone or video using CVS Virtual Care.
  3. If you’re not enrolled in a Endeavor medical plan, contact the EAP for free support and referrals.

I need help managing a mental health condition, like depression or anxiety

  1. Find an in-network provider or facility through your Endeavor medical plan.
  2. Search for an Institute of Quality (IOQ) for best-in-class treatment.
  3. Use TalkSpace for virtual care from a behavioral health specialist.

I need support managing substance use

I’m not sure where to begin

Note: Talkspace is only available to employees enrolled in an Endeavor medical plan.

Need Help Finding a Provider?

We got you covered. With Aetna One Advocate, you’ve got a guide at your side for finding an in-network provider in one of the Endeavor medical plans that meets your unique needs.

Time Off When You Need It Most

In addition to all of the benefits available to help support you, Endeavor offers a range of time off options, so you can take care of you. Our paid time off policies include vacation days so you can rest and recharge, as well as sick days for when you’re not feeling well.

988: National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

If you need immediate help (for yourself or a loved one) due to emotional distress or suicidal crisis, call or text 988 to connect with trained counselors who will listen, understand, provide support, and recommend further resources if necessary. Here's what to expect if you use this free, confidential lifeline:

  1. Dial 988: You will hear an automated greeting while your call is routed to a live counselor at the nearest crisis center in the 988 network. If you are a US military veteran or current service member, press “1" for specialized support. Press “2" to reach a Spanish-speaking counselor.
  2. Text 988: You will receive a short survey asking for a little information about your current situation. Then, a live counselor will text with you to understand what you're going through and offer support.
  3. Chat through 988lifeline.org/chat: You will receive a short survey asking for a little information about your current situation. Then, you'll see a wait-time message while you're connected with a live counselor, who will chat with you to understand what you're going through and offer support.

Ways to Connect

Taking care of your mental and emotional health involves knowing what will work for you. Like anything else good in life, what you water will grow. Prioritizing your overall well-being and building your resilience is a way to ensure ongoing success. Explore the ways you can interact with our mental and emotional health resources so they fit into your life, whatever your circumstances may be.

In-person Support

Face-to-face support may be your preferred way to meet your needs.

  • Use the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for access to free, confidential support for a wide range of challenges -- from navigating workplace dynamics to coping with life's emotional complexities.
  • Through the Aetna medical provider network, you may be able to find an in-network provider near you who can meet with you in-person.

Texting

For some, texting may feel as the most accessible way to get support.

  • Through TalkSpace, you can do counseling and therapy, medication management, and more for a range of needs, including trauma, relationships, healthy living, and depression. You can also specify your provider preferences to find one that’s a good fit for you.
  • AbleTo is another text-based service for addressing your mental and emotional health needs. In addition to personalized care from a trained mental health professional, you can also access on-demand support through AbleTo’s platform.

Virtual Care

If you’d like to talk with someone but finding time in your schedule to attend an in-person appointment may be difficult, try virtual care. If you’re enrolled in one of Endeavor’s medical plans, you can use CVS Virtual Care or TalkSpace.

  • In addition to meeting non-urgent physical health needs, CVS Virtual Care offers behavioral health visits by phone or video for issues like stress, anxiety, depression, and more. Medication management is also available.
  • TalkSpace gives you access to a broad range of in-network licensed therapists and prescribers who can support a variety of needs. Counseling and therapy and medication management are available. You’ll also be able to note your provider preferences to find a provider that’s a good fit for you.
  • Use the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for access to free, confidential support for a wide range of challenges -- from navigating workplace dynamics to coping with life's emotional complexities.

Enriching Your Emotional Health

In addition to providing benefits designed to address mental and emotional health needs, we also offer a range of additional experiences and resources to enhance your overall sense of well-being.

Connect with Your Peers

Connect with peers who can help foster a sense of belonging through our many ERGs. Having a sense of social connectedness with colleagues who share your interests or identity is a great way to support your mental health.

Give Back

Giving back to your community can help promote your well-being, too. Endeavor offers volunteer paid time off so you can get involved in community causes that matter to you.

Reduce Financial Stress

Financial concerns can often be a contributor to everyday stress. Endeavor offers many programs and resources to help make your dollars go further, so you can focus on your well-being.

  • Employee discounts: Save on everyday needs through our various employee discount programs. Through TELUS Health, you can even earn cash back when you shop on their platform!
